I've been applying Ona's 10% concentrated progesterone cream once a day for the past two months or so and my premenstrual symptoms have improved. I have been using Ona's progesterone cream for 5 months now. I am still trying to become progesterone dominant, but the biggest thing I am noticing is a great reduction in breast pain or tenderness.

I like Ona's Natural Progestrone Cream, because it is much more cheaper than the other progesteron cream products, but as good quality as the more expensives. I love that I get it in 10 days.

My batch was a little thin. Ona's said they're playing with the consistency, mine was a thinner one. I prefer the thicker cream, takes no time to rub in. But, as long as it's 10%, I'll take it.

So far I have had no more hot flashes, I do recommend this cream!

I use it daily, morning and bedtime. Toward evening if I am feeling jittery, I add additional progesterone cream and it calms me down.

I got my bottle super fast! i have only used it for a short time, but I love how you don't need much to get your dose. the cream feels so nice to put on too.

I started it to help with severe menstruation pain but it also took care of night sweats and made me feel calmed and relaxed. I take it during all cycle.

I have only been using this product for a week or so. Therefore I haven't had enough time to see how my body will react to it, compared to the compound I get at the pharmacy. I started this cream in September 2016 and have been very happy with it. It is not greasy and there is no odor. It goes on smoothly and dries quickly. The only problem I have had is that the the pump worked well until the past month or so. Then the cream would sputter out, despite the fact that there was plenty left in it. I am now not sure if I am getting the right amount. I will still re-order and hope for the best on the next bottle.

Nice little cream. This is my 2nd month using it. I tried it after using another brand which gave me horrible cramping throughout the month and nightmares. I have not had any cramping while using this cream. I did suffer nightmares but I no longer get them since I started applying this cream in the morning instead of at night. The pump design is also a plus, no measuring spoons. All in all, a great purchase.

At the moment I have to pause with the cream, haven’t found my appropriate „dose“ yet, BUT Ona is so very helpful and great in her customer service. I can only recommend ordering here.

I've used Ona's Natural Progesterone Cream for about 6 months now and I love it, I am able to sleep better without night sweats and calm during the day. I apply as directed applying on my inner thigh areas. The pump sometimes has an air bubble along with the cream so I then add a small amount more of the cream to get the full amount of progesterone needed. I find that I feel best when I use the progesterone cream 1 pump in the morning and 1 pump at night.

Jedes Mal kam das Paket innerhalb von 5-10 Tagen bei mir an - ohne irgendwelche Probleme mit Zoll o.ä. Die Creme lässt sich durch den Pumpspender gut dosieren, ist fast geruchsneutral (bin da sehr empfindlich), zieht gut ein (nutze sie abends als Nachtcreme im Gesicht) und wirkt gegen die durch Progesteronmangel hervorgerufenen Probleme.

Seitdem ich die Creme schmiere geht es mir besser. Ich rate jeder Frau in den Wechseljahren auf die Suche ihrer gesundheitlichen Probleme zu gehen und auch den Progesteronwert mit einzubeziehen.Mir hat es geholfen.

During pregnancy progesterone levels are significantly higher than normal. After childbirth it falls to nearly zero (estrogen, too). Obviously, seek a professional, but it's good to know there's a better alternative than Prozac and it's not you - it's your hormones. Uzzi Reiss, M.D. has a great book on this. As always, Ona's is fantastic on all fronts.

I love this cream. I've had to use high doses which involved having to bathe in other creams. Ona's has made it so much easier to use which has helped me be more consistent in use. The cream is also "dryer" so it absorbs quicker.

I've been on progesterone cream for three cycles now, and I have used three different creams! First was the one I could get locally, that was quickly replaced by another 2% cream that was much more natural with better ingredients, but I wanted to go up to higher amount without having to blow through my cream, so I bought Ona's. I find the cream in the jars to be a bit thicker than the cream in the pump. I use large amounts and it is easier to measure out of the jars than with the pumps. This cream has made a huge difference in my hormone balance and I'm so thankful to have found it!

Die Nasenschleimhaut wird besser durchblutet und die Menstruationsbeschwerden waren beim 2. Mal ganz weg! Ich habe auch das Gefühl, dass die Haut besser wird. The cream may work differently for some but for me it was a nightmare the pot is tiny so didn't think it would be that bad but lasted about 4-5 days only using a 1/4 tspoon a day started using at cd9 and on cd13 it was finished sorry for tmi but on cd14 started bleeding again for 7 days 😠 and when that stopped was okay for a week then started bleeding again on what would have been cd29 so bleed for another 7 days never felt so drained in my life, so I bleed 21 days out of 35 hopefully my cycle will be normal this month I won't be using the cream again but like I said could just be my body's reaction

have been using it since 14.9. Right away the pump lid came off accidentally, and cannot be put back in place properly. It smells funny, is it supposed to be like this or could it be old? Too early to tell anything about effects.

Bei mir hat es ein wenig gedauert , etwas Geduld sollte man haben , aber es lohnt sich ;) Werde ich auf jedenfall wieder kaufen !!!

That Ona gets such a concentrated amount of progesterone into such a tiny amount of cream is the #1 reason I use this cream. With other brands, I get tired of trying to slather and absorb huge amounts of cream, never able to do so discreetly if I am in public or wearing a winter wardrobe. The cream absorbs quickly, leaves no residue at all, and has a smooth texture.

I love buying the jar and the pump. I take the pump with me to work for an easy measured application. At home, I use the jar in the morning and evenings, so I can use a more precise amount. I use different amounts (mgs) at different times of the day. With the special measuring spoons I bought, I can increase or decrease by very small amounts.

I have been using Ona' s natural progesterone cream for awhile and let me tell you if I run out I miss it. It really helps with cramps and I am prone to cramps even those cramps after orgasm. I would highly recommend this product.
