• Packages are generally dispatched as soon as possible and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking and drop-off without signature.
• If you prefer delivery by Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
• Single small items such as 1.7 oz Pumps and 2 oz Jars are shipped in poly bags within the United Kingdom. Most items are shipped using 6" x 4" x 3" flip top boxes.

Returns and replacements can be arranged by contacting Ona's Natural via email, phone or mail. You will be mailed the prestamped packaging to mail your return at the nearest postal dropbox or office.
